How quickly will my listing go live? ▼
Once submitted, our AI reviews your listing for completeness and compliance with our employer guidelines. Most listings go live within 15 minutes. You'll receive an email confirmation with a link to your live listing.
How are candidates verified? ▼
Every candidate on Hubro uploads their CV which is analysed by our AI for consistency, completeness and authenticity. We check for work history gaps, inconsistent dates and unverifiable credentials. Candidates receive a score from 0–100 and you can see their score with every application.
What is the 30% match threshold? ▼
The match threshold is the minimum compatibility score a candidate must have to apply for your listing. At 30% (the default), candidates who clearly don't fit the role cannot apply — reducing irrelevant applications. You can set this higher or lower based on your requirements.
Can I search for candidates proactively? ▼
Yes — Business and Enterprise plan employers can search the full candidate database using filters including skills, experience level, language, location and visa status. You can message candidates directly without waiting for applications.
Is Hubro GDPR compliant? ▼
Yes. Hubro is operated by Aevo Group Limited, an Irish company fully subject to GDPR. All candidate data is processed with explicit consent. Employers can only access candidate contact details when the candidate has applied or consented to contact. We never sell data.
Do you offer support for visa sponsorship roles? ▼
Yes. You can flag your listing as offering visa sponsorship. Candidates can filter by visa sponsorship availability, so your listing will be highlighted to a large pool of internationally mobile talent who specifically need sponsorship.
