5. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with:
- Employers — your CV and profile when you apply to a job listing
- Landlords — your profile when you send a housing enquiry
- Supabase — our database provider, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany)
- Stripe — our payment processor, for subscription billing
- Mailchimp — for email communications (waitlist and updates)
- Google — if you use Google Sign In
All third-party processors are GDPR compliant and process data under strict data processing agreements.
6. Data retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active and for 2 years after deletion
- CVs and documents — retained for the duration of your account
- Application data — retained for 2 years
- Payment records — retained for 7 years (Irish tax law requirement)
- Usage logs — retained for 90 days

10. International transfers
Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) by Supabase. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except where necessary to provide our services (e.g. Stripe for payments, which operates under Standard Contractual Clauses).
11. Children's privacy
Hubro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at info@gethubro.app.
