1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Hubro (gethubro.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Hubro is operated by Aevo Group Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Who can use Hubro
To use Hubro you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be located in or seeking to relocate to Ireland
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Have the legal right to work or rent in your stated capacity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. User accounts
When you create an account you are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@gethubro.app
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
4. For candidates
Your responsibilities
- All information in your profile and CV must be accurate and truthful
- You must have the legal right to work in Ireland for the roles you apply to
- You must not apply to roles you are not genuinely interested in
- You must respond to employers in a timely and professional manner
CV and profile data
By uploading your CV you grant Hubro and verified employers the right to view your profile and CV for recruitment purposes. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.
Match scores
Match scores are calculated by our AI based on your profile data. They are indicative and not a guarantee of suitability. Employers make their own hiring decisions independently.
5. For employers
Your responsibilities
- All job listings must be genuine, accurate and legally compliant
- You must have the legal right to employ the candidates you hire
- Job listings must not discriminate on protected grounds under Irish equality law
- You must respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe
- You must not use candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment
Data protection
As an employer accessing candidate data, you become a data controller in your own right and must comply with GDPR. You must not store, share or use candidate data beyond what is necessary for the recruitment process.
6. For landlords
Your responsibilities
- All property listings must be accurate, genuine and currently available
- Properties must comply with Irish rental law and Residential Tenancies Act
- Advertised rents must comply with Rent Pressure Zone (RPZ) regulations where applicable
- You must not discriminate against tenants on any protected ground
- Photos must accurately represent the property
⚠️ Hubro does not act as a letting agent and is not responsible for tenancy agreements. All rental agreements are directly between landlord and tenant.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Hubro to:
- Post fake, fraudulent or misleading listings
- Scam, defraud or deceive other users
- Harass, abuse or threaten other users
- Collect or harvest other users' personal data
- Post content that is illegal, offensive or discriminatory
- Attempt to bypass our security or AI verification systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download listings
- Advertise services or products without our permission
- Impersonate any person or organisation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Hubro platform — including design, code, logos, text and features — is owned by Aevo Group Limited and protected by copyright law.
You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, photos, job listings). By uploading content you grant Hubro a licence to display and use that content to provide our services.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Hubro is a platform that connects users — we are not an employment agency, letting agent or recruitment consultant.
- We do not guarantee job placement or housing for any user
- We do not verify all employer or landlord claims, though we make reasonable efforts to do so
- We are not responsible for the conduct of employers, landlords or tenants
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have rights under EU consumer protection law which these terms do not affect.
